Schwer motiviert nach dem Liam Gallagher Konzert in der letzten Woche im Gasometer in Wien habe ich mich dieses Wochenende dem Thema MTV gewidmet, suchend im Internet, auf youtube, nach den guten alten Zeiten, als MTV wirklich noch Music Television war. Damals, als es noch cool war. Damals, als es noch VJ’s gab, Namen wie Ray Cokes, Maria Guzenina, Steve Blame, Dan Pipp …

Ja und dann bin ich, in Nostalgie schwelgend, auf diese Videos hier gestoßen. Und weil’s so schön ist und mich an die gute alte MTV-Zeit erinnert, möchte ich sie mit euch teilen.
